Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

We’re always happy to assist with sizing before purchase to ensure the right fit.

1.⁠ ⁠Eligibility for Exchange
We offer exchange only (no returns or refunds), subject to the discretion of the EVMO team and the following conditions:
•⁠  ⁠The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery 
•⁠  ⁠The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition 
•⁠  ⁠All tags and packaging must be intact 


 2.⁠ ⁠Exchange Process

Once approved:
•⁠  ⁠The product will be picked up by our delivery partner once a request is initiated. Reverse shipping charges will be applicable and will be communicated at the time of request.
•⁠  ⁠After a quality check at our warehouse, the replacement will be dispatched.


 3.⁠ ⁠Exchange Conditions
•⁠  ⁠Exchanges are allowed for size issues or product defects only 
•⁠  ⁠All exchanges are subject to stock availability 
•⁠  ⁠If the requested size/product is unavailable, a credit note may be issued 


 4.⁠ ⁠Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange, return or refunds:
•⁠  ⁠Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery 
•⁠  ⁠Items without original tags or packaging 
•⁠  ⁠Products purchased under sale or promotional offers 


 5.⁠ ⁠Damaged / Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery, along with images and a video.
We will resolve the issue on priority.


 6.⁠ ⁠Refunds
We currently do not offer refunds.
Only exchanges or store credit (where applicable) are provided.
