All orders are processed and dispatched within 5–7 working days from the date of order confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

We ship via our network of trusted delivery partners, ensuring reliable delivery across India. Delivery timelines may vary based on location and serviceability.
Our delivery partners will make up to 2 attempts to deliver your order. If unsuccessful, the order may be returned to us.
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate. EVMO will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
While we work with reliable partners, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, logistics disruptions, or public holidays.

 3.⁠ ⁠Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout.
Any applicable free shipping offers will be automatically applied.

 4.⁠ ⁠Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp to track your shipment.

 5.⁠ ⁠International Shipping
Currently, EVMO ships within India.
